IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING LANGUAGE AND GOVERNING LAW

  • This Agreement is provided in both English and Spanish. In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AGREEMENT

I, ________________, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS

I understand and acknowledge that participating in a retreat with Compassion Retreats involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical and emotional challenges associated with psychedelic experiences
  • Potential for intense emotional and psychological experiences
  • Risks associated with travel and accommodation in a foreign country
  • Environmental risks associated with outdoor activities

2. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

I acknowledge that my participation in this retreat is entirely voluntary and that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time.

3. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE

I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical information, including current medications, mental health conditions, and any other health concerns that may affect my participation in the retreat.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants and respect their privacy during and after the retreat.

5. COMPLIANCE WITH GUIDELINES

I agree to follow all guidelines and instructions provided by Compassion Retreats staff and facilitators during the retreat.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

I understand that photography and video recording may occur during the retreat, and I consent to the use of such media for promotional purposes, unless I explicitly opt out in writing.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the retreat's cancellation policy and refund terms.

8. EMERGENCY CONTACT

I have provided accurate emergency contact information and will update it if there are any changes.

9. LIABILITY RELEASE

I release Compassion Retreats, its staff, and facilitators from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions of this Acknowledgement Agreement.

AVISO IMPORTANTE SOBRE IDIOMA Y LEY APLICABLE

  • Este Acuerdo se proporciona tanto en inglés como en español. En caso de discrepancia, prevalecerá la versión en inglés.
  • Este Acuerdo se rige por las leyes del Estado de Quintana Roo, México, y cualquier disputa será resuelta en los tribunales de Quintana Roo, México.

ACUERDO DE RECONOCIMIENTO

Yo, ________________, por la presente reconozco y acepto los siguientes términos y condiciones:

1. RECONOCIMIENTO DE RIESGOS

Entiendo y reconozco que participar en un retiro con Compassion Retreats implica riesgos inherentes, incluyendo pero no limitados a:

  • Desafíos físicos y emocionales asociados con experiencias psicodélicas
  • Potencial para experiencias emocionales y psicológicas intensas
  • Riesgos asociados con viajes y alojamiento en un país extranjero
  • Riesgos ambientales asociados con actividades al aire libre

2. PARTICIPACIÓN VOLUNTARIA

Reconozco que mi participación en este retiro es completamente voluntaria y que tengo el derecho de retirar mi consentimiento en cualquier momento.

3. DIVULGACIÓN MÉDICA

Confirmo que he divulgado toda la información médica relevante, incluyendo medicamentos actuales, condiciones de salud mental y cualquier otra preocupación de salud que pueda afectar mi participación en el retiro.

4. CONFIDENCIALIDAD

Acepto mantener la confidencialidad de otros participantes y respetar su privacidad durante y después del retiro.

5. CUMPLIMIENTO DE PAUTAS

Acepto seguir todas las pautas e instrucciones proporcionadas por el personal y facilitadores de Compassion Retreats durante el retiro.

6. FOTOGRAFÍA Y MEDIOS

Entiendo que se pueden tomar fotografías y grabaciones de video durante el retiro, y doy mi consentimiento para el uso de dichos medios con fines promocionales, a menos que opte explícitamente por no hacerlo por escrito.

7. POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN

Reconozco que he leído y entiendo la política de cancelación del retiro y los términos de reembolso.

8. CONTACTO DE EMERGENCIA

He proporcionado información precisa de contacto de emergencia y la actualizaré si hay cambios.

9. LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

Libero a Compassion Retreats, su personal y facilitadores de cualquier responsabilidad por lesiones, pérdidas o daños que puedan ocurrir durante el retiro, excepto en casos de negligencia grave o mala conducta intencional.

10. ACUERDO CON LOS TÉRMINOS

Al firmar a continuación, confirmo que he leído, entendido y acepto todos los términos y condiciones de este Acuerdo de Reconocimiento.
