These 2 are exactly what they portrayed themselves as. Spiritual guides with a specialty in helping couples reconnect. I am very grateful for their time and the gifts they have shared. They are kind, and they practice what they preach. They do the work with you and offer a safe place to heal and discover what it is that you are looking for. Again, so much gratitude to these two, and for the eco reserve it was hosted at in the beauty of the jungle, to provide a space that was conducive to this type of experience. A million thanks!

If you are seeking this path to the point of reading this review, please take this as your sign to pursue. I had this craving inside of me- this seeking of clarity and to exile the inner barriers that were locked in place inside of me. This gave me permission to use the power I had but didn't know how to use. This gave me self-clarity and shed my self-doubt. My inner peace is the replacement to the inner unkindness I was burdened with.

Our 4-day personalized spiritual wellness retreat in Tulum, Mexico with Compassion Retreats was truly one of the most meaningful and beautifully held experiences of our lives. Our group included myself, two friends (we're all women in our late 40s/50), and my 19-year-old son—and somehow Lena and Sky created a space that felt equally safe, nourishing, and impactful for each of us, individually and collectively.

Validation for who we are as spiritual beings and the work that we have done and are doing. We became more grounded in love individually, and as a couple, I personally experienced what it really means to surrender and feel unconditional love for myself, my wife, and others, and how to apply that practically to everyday life.

Incredible, grateful, safe, beautiful. Like a deeeeeeeep breath of fresh air. If it's calling to you, say yes. I felt safe the entire time and I traveled to Mexico solo as a woman, so take that in whatever context you'd like. My gut feels like it healed just as much as my soul because of the food provided. Swimming in the cenotes was the cherry on top.

The Tantra class with Lena and Sky was beautiful. The techniques they teach are very powerful and the environment they create is very safe and loving, always guiding and holding space with a lot of kindness and respect. I’m very grateful for their teachings and I definitely recommend people to try it 🙏🏼

I am so grateful for this healing session and therapy, once I made the affirmation that I wanted to heal all unconscious emotional patterns and behaviors in order to grow and keep evolving and let go of the past with gratitude, you appeared in my life.I was held in an easy safe and sacred space to do the work. Lena is an incredibly talented and gifted healer. I worked with her for a week in Mexico, and I can attest to the thoughtfulness, care and wisdom that Lena embodies as a therapist, guide and spiritual mentor.‌ Upon Lena and I’s first meeting, she immediately put me at ease and listened with an open heart to what I needed to work through. She created a safe space for me, and provided individually-curated exercises and tools that helped me dive deep into my healing journey. We did some intense, powerful healings, and Lena gracefully guided me through my inner world and what needed to be integrated. I left our work together feeling like a rebirthed person, and felt that I was able to achieve breakthroughs from our work together. Lena is a true embodied healer and very connected to source. Lena led a beautiful ceremony. I was whimsically integrated into the group and had no idea what a magical experience I was about to embark on. Lena set up a beautiful space, full of candles, flowers, intentional stones, essential oils and many sound instruments. She opened a circle and had us connect and set our intentions while we held space for each other. During our ceremony she held space for each person individually as well as collectively. We had a time when we had sound healing and then silent time to process and integrate during which she came around and checked in with each one of us. I could feel that she was there to help us and create a safe container. When we finished the ceremony we had a closing circle and got to share. Most importantly she closed the container and ceremony. We got to choose an oracle card and receive a special message from our guides. Thank you Lena for such a beautiful journey and hope to do it again soon!

I had the best chance to join Lena's Sound Healing Ceremony in Ekumal. We were about 10 people and everything started with a Cacao Ceremony while we were talking about our intentions, what we would like to receive or achieve. Everyone was laying head towards Lena, she started to play on different instruments. I can't really describe the feeling but with different kinds of sounds she could control our emotions. We started our journey from a happy state and with different sounds and smells. Thren, we went really deep, into a meditative state, some people were crying, their emotions came out. I was just really happy all the time, but I don't have any problem or unsolved issue in my life. Finally, she was playing sounds which helped us to wake up and come back from this meditative state, she was really focusing on everyone, and guiding us on this journey. There was one girl who had a lot of issues that she wanted to solve, therefore for her it was really difficult to get out of this meditative state but Lena was personally helping her. Afterwards, I would love to just share this unique indescribable experience and feeling with everyone. I hope she will do more sound healing and ceremonies, because I would like to join them and also share with my friends and family. Thank you.

Hello beautiful souls, my name is Jana and I'm from Germany. Until I had my first sacred mushroom experience with Lena, I always thought that mushrooms were a drug. So I was quite afraid of doing the ceremony. But I talked to Lena before and she gave me confidence. Now, I know that it's medicine. I did a lot of psychological work during this experience, e.g. I saw my inner child and my parents and talked to them. I was crying a lot but it felt like healing! Then I saw a bright light and a blue butterfly which gave me a lot of force! I knew that I have a lot of strength and can do anything I want on my own. I got really happy and started dancing. It felt amazing. Lena accompanied the ceremony with sound-healing which was very helpful. Also Lena was always present during the journey in case somebody needed support. I felt very safe. :) In conclusion I can say that it was the best experience I've had in my life until now and would definitely recommend it to you!

I was such a lost soul (a hot emotional mess) before coming to this retreat, even though I tried many spiritual avenues before. I didnt know how much I was neglecting myself emotionally, physically, and spiritually until I was faced with some challenges at this retreat, from the temazcal to the psychedelic ritual. I felt renewed after and so much lighter! I learned to let go of fear because I know it comes from my ego trying to latch on. “This too shall pass” is a strong statement for me. I also feel like I was able to release blocked childhood trauma through tantric massage and all the breath work and meditations throughout the retreat.Now I feel confident in my own skin and Im learning not to feel obligated to make others feel comfortable around me, because either way, my presence alone is comforting. I also learned about feminine and masculine energy~ men hold space for the woman. I love knowing that its okay to be emotional and to let go, knowing that theres a man out there that is ready to hold space for me.Thank you again compassion retreats.

Our time was so beautiful. The Compassion Retreats is something that you need to rush to get here. This was such an amazing experience for us. From the support and the container and the beautiful space to the opportunity for the two of us to connect in ways that I never have before. And we probably wouldn't have had it at home.Yeah, when we went through the tantric activities, I think that's when we both looked at each other afterwards and we're just like: I see you differently. You're brighter to me. You're more beautiful to me. We loved each other prior to this, but going through those activities, I feel like it just brought us closer, it connected us more. I think the word for both of us was just connection. And very centered in a deeper unconditional self-love so that I can love her and receive her life on a deeper level.

It was an overall amazing and transformative experience. I made many new discoveries about myself and was able to release things that no longer serve me. I felt immense internal love and it felt like it was exactly what I had been missing.

There is so much beauty in the world and we just need to slow down, connect and experience it. And that's the gift that you've given me. The deep true presence and the trust that I feel for myself and for the world and that everything will be alright. Trust, let go, be open. That's truly how I come out. I came here to Compassion Retreats with an open mind. I wanted to learn some more about myself and uncover a lot of different things about, just my experiences that I've had in life and release a lot of things. And I can truly say that this has been a transformational experience for me. This is not a commercial, this is real. I feel like a completely different person. Lena is amazing!! My husband and I found her and we are so glad that she was our teacher throughout the stay. We had sessions of yoga, meditation, sound healing and tantra. It was a phenomenal experience and we are so grateful for her teachings, efforts and time.

The most beautiful and divine experience with Lena. Such an incredible experience! Can’t believe how many different sensations I noticed during the session. I truly feel uplifted and energized and all my anxiety was gone. The results lasted for days, adjusting emotions and thoughts and providing clarity. Can’t wait for the next one!
