How money moves here matters as much as anything else, so we keep it in the open. What you pay has two parts, and both are set out below.

What it costs

One person pays $1,999 for three days, $2,999 for four and $3,999 for five. That covers the villa, all your meals, the transfers, the practices and the integration afterwards, and it is the same figure whether you book here or through a booking platform. We do not run sales and we do not negotiate. If you have seen a retreat priced lower than this, you have most likely seen a group retreat, which is a different thing.

Two people sharing the same villa pay one and a half times the single price, so $2,999 for three days, $4,499 for four and $5,999 for five. The house costs the same to run for one or two, and the second person costs us half of what the first one does, which is where the figure comes from. A group of three or four is a special case we agree on the call.

The couples retreats are for two people only and follow the same rule, so four days is $4,499 and five is $5,999. The Solo Tantra retreat is for one person and pays the single price.

A day, rather than a stay

One-day experiences are US$450 per person, or US$750 per couple. Lunch, the practices and the run of the house are included, and it is the same price for all six days. A night is not part of it, because a night turns a day into a different thing.

What it does not cover

Flights and insurance. The psilocybin session, if you choose it, is arranged separately and paid separately, and we tell you the cost on the call before you decide. Nothing about your stay depends on it.

Deposits, changes and refunds

A 30% deposit holds your dates. It is refundable for 72 hours after you pay it, and after that it is not refundable. The balance is due seven days before you arrive. You can move your dates, and we do not charge for that. If we ever have to cancel on you, you get back everything you paid us.

The price is fixed, with two exceptions

Two situations are handled differently from the fixed price, and both are arranged on the call rather than by a form or a code.

If the price is genuinely out of reach, say so on the call. You can cover what the retreat costs us to run and we leave it there. Nobody else will know, and there is nothing to prove.

If you would rather decide afterwards what the work was worth, we are glad to do it that way. You cover our costs before you come, and you leave more afterwards if you want to. Anything above the price goes into the fund that pays for someone who could not otherwise come.

Why it costs what it costs

One party at a time. Two facilitators with the whole day free for you, a chef, a house kept empty of everybody else, transfers and integration included. Some of what you pay is for years of practice, which is the part that lets us sit through a hard hour without flinching. A group retreat charges less because it fills a room with twenty people. We are not that, and this is what not being that costs.
