About Us

Our mission, our vision, the values we work by, and the people who hold it.

Retreat Nature

Mission

We keep a private place in the jungle where one person at a time can put down what they have been carrying, and we look after them while they do it. Our approach is transpersonal: we do not diagnose and we do not treat, and nobody here will decide what your life should look like. The work belongs to the part of you that already knows, and ours is to hold the conditions steady long enough for it to move. This is service rather than an industry, and we are here for it.

Vision

We want this kind of care to stop being a luxury. A place like this should be open to anyone who needs it, and everyone who comes is welcome, whatever they can pay. That is why we price the way we do and why the fund exists. What we have now is only the beginning.

Values

Compassion comes first, which for us means you are not a project and you are not a case. Honesty matters, including about money, because a conversation where nobody says the true number is not a safe one. Boundaries are kept, yours and ours, and nothing is touched that has not been agreed first. We stay inside our lane: we are not doctors and we are not priests, and we say so rather than pretend otherwise. And we look after each other, because a house that is running on empty cannot hold anyone else.

Lena

Lena's work comes out of her own life rather than out of a manual. For almost two decades she has studied what connects the mind, the body and the breath, and her instinct is not to hand you answers but to keep the space steady enough for you to find your own.

She works with individuals and couples using practices she has spent years inside: facilitated psilocybin journeys, classical Tantra, yoga, sound and meditation. Her manner is direct and unhurried, and she expects you to do your own work rather than watch her do it.

Her foundation is nutrition, Yoga and Tantra, practised across Canada, the United States and Mexico. Those years have gone into learning and into her own work rather than into collecting titles. She is not a guru. She is someone who has practised for a long time, and who will hold the space while you do what you came to do.

Konstantin

Konstantin

A software engineer by trade, Konstantin has been driven by his desire to understand how everything works. His quest to understand life led him to study physics, philosophy, metaphysics, psychology, physiology, music and art.

His own path ran from pragmatism to yoga, through years of scepticism and a few hard ones, and he now speaks for a plain, practical kind of practice. Living in different countries, raising a family and holding down a corporate career taught him what actually holds up when life is busy.

He works with yoga, meditation, hypnosis and EMDR, and he has used all of them himself through difficult periods. He holds a science degree from the University of Toronto, with further training in hypnotherapy and EMDR.

Olga

Olga

Olga has spent her adult life inside Yoga and Buddhism, and it shows in how she works: slowly, precisely and with attention to what your body is doing. More than twenty years of practice sit behind every session, and none of it is announced.

She trained under Sri Dharma Mittra, studying with him since 2007 and teaching full time at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York. She holds 200-hour and 500-hour Registered Dharma Yoga Teacher certifications.

From 2016 to 2024, Olga lived and served at Karma Triyana Dharmachakra Monastery in Upstate New York under Venerable Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche, completing a traditional three-and-a-half-year sealed retreat and an additional twelve-month solitary silent meditation retreat.

She came to this from medical science, massage and bioenergetics, and from studies at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, and she brings movement, touch, breath and energy work into the same room. She also cooks, and she treats food as part of the work rather than a break from it.

  • Twelve-Month Solitary Silent Meditation Retreat

Sky

Sky

Sky Blu works in the Possibility Management tradition and in classical Kaula Tantra, and he holds a group with an unusual combination of rigour and warmth. He is interested in love and in clarity, and in what becomes possible when people stop performing for each other.

What's most alive for him right now is bringing the Feminine and Masculine together to experience deep connection, intimacy and new (or long-forgotten) ways to relate to each other.
