Alma Chakana

Our home, and the home of this work. A private place in the jungle in Francisco Uh May, just outside Tulum, where day retreats and full immersions happen.

COME FOR A DAY
Alma Chakana, our retreat house in Francisco Uh May, just outside Tulum

The place

Alma Chakana is built by the family who used to call it their home, and we are grateful to be in charge of it for the next while (help us keep it). It's a unique noncommercial space designed specifically for deep work and peaceful reflection, fully self-sustainable, eco-friendly and hand-made. It's a true hidden gem in the jungle, surrounded by lush vegetation, a perfect place for deep internal work.

When you come for a full immersion or a day retreat, the place is yours alone. We never share it with other guests.

Alma Chakana sits in Francisco Uh May, a village just outside Tulum. We keep the exact address private and share it with you once your dates are confirmed. Our office and the rooms we use for private sessions are separate, in Puerto Aventuras, about an hour north of the house.
